L’iter giudiziario\, c he ha tra l’altro mostrato come le\npersone assunte come rider erano spess o estremamente ricattabili per documenti e\nstabilità esistenziale\, non s i è ancora concluso\, nel frattempo tutti coloro che\nsi sono costituiti p arte civile hanno avuto il diritto alla proroga dei\ndocumenti.\n\nNel fra ttempo\, alcun* riders hanno deciso di intentare una causa di lavoro\,\nch iedendo che venga riconosciuto il loro status di lavoratori subordinati vi sto\nil potere disciplinante agito dalla azienda.\n\nMartedì 26 gennaio av rà luogo la prima udienza della causa sul lavoro contro\nUberEats\, per qu esto come Rider in lotta della città di Torino abbiamo deciso di\nsupporta re i/le nostr* collegh* con un presidio di fronte al Tribunale di\nTorino. \n\nNon è la prima volta che chiediamo\, sia dentro sia soprattutto fuori dalle aule\ndi tribunale\, di vederci riconosciuti i diritti che ci spetta no\, alcuni di noi\nsono stati protagonisti della prima causa contro uno d ei colossi del food\ndelivery (Foodora 2016) e da anni lottiamo per avere le garanzie e le tutele che\nci sono dovute.\n\nInvitiamo chiunque ci supp orti a partecipare al presidio\, ci rifiutiamo però di\nessere usati come strumento di propaganda politica da parte di qualunque\nsindacato e partit o e non accetteremo di essere strumentalizzati con bandiere e\nstendardi d ei politicanti di turno.\n\nUbereats is one of the food delivery companies that has been operating in Italy\nsince many years. Nel fra ttempo, alcun* riders hanno deciso di intentare una causa di lavoro, chied endo che venga riconosciuto il loro status di lavoratori subordinati visto il potere disciplinante agito dalla azienda.

Martedì 26 gennaio av rà luogo la prima udienza della causa sul lavoro contro UberEats, per ques to come Rider in lotta della città di Torino abbiamo deciso di supportare i/le nostr* collegh* con un presidio di fronte al Tribunale di Torino.

Non è la prima volta che chiediamo, sia dentro sia soprattutto fuori d alle aule di tribunale, di vederci riconosciuti i diritti che ci spettano, alcuni di noi sono stati protagonisti della prima causa contro uno dei co lossi del food delivery (Foodora 2016) e da anni lottiamo per avere le gar anzie e le tutele che ci sono dovute.

Invitiamo chiunque ci support i a partecipare al presidio, ci rifiutiamo però di essere usati come strum ento di propaganda politica da parte di qualunque sindacato e partito e no n accetteremo di essere strumentalizzati con bandiere e stendardi dei poli ticanti di turno.

The judicial process has not yet been concluded, meanwhile all the riders who became civil party obtained the extension of the validity of their docume nts.

In the meantime, some riders decided to file a lawsuit asking to be recognized as employees with all the related workers rights.

On Tuesday 26th January starts the first hearing of the trial against Uber eats.
We decided to stay in front of the courthouse of Torino to suppo rt our colleagues.

This is not the first trial of employment discr imination we intent, some of our colleagues filed the lawsuit against Food ora in 2017. Since several years we fight for our rights, asking to all th e food delivery companies to be recognized as employees.

We invite all the people who support us to come on Tuesday at 9 o’clock in front of the courthouse.
We refused to be used as a propaganda tool by any trade union or political party, so we won’t accept the presence of any politica l flags and banners.
