PASSEGGIATA RESISTENTE – 20 SETTEMBRE 2020, H11 CLAVIERE
In questi ultimi mesi la lotta in Val Susa si sta intensificando. Contemporaneamente alla resistenza No Tav sulle montagne, vive e continua l'opposizione alle frontiere di migliaia di persone che da sempre rifiutano i confini delimitati arbitrariamente dagli stati e cercano di autodeterminare il proprio futuro.
Lo spietato sistema capitalista continua a dividere le persone tra produttivi e scarti della società, creando una gerarchia globale in cui le merci e gli interessi economici godono di libertà illimitate, mentre i “dannati della terra” si trovano ad affrontare le barriere politiche, economiche, fisiche e mentali create dal sistema delle frontiere. Negli ultimi anni abbiamo assistito a un crescente processo di militarizzazione dei territori europei lungo le rotte di passaggio principali: dal Marocco-Ceuta alla Spagna, la rotta centrale mediterranea dalla Libia all’ Italia, e dalla Turchia passando per i Balcani. Questa militarizzazione si è mossa parallelamente ai diversi accordi politici e polizieschi tra gli stati europei e limitrofi (Marocco, Libia, Turchia in primis) volti a esternalizzare i confini e incrementare i controlli, i respingimenti, e la caccia all’ indesiderato - denominato “migrante”, “profugo”, “rifugiato”- definito tale poiché non in possesso del ‘giusto documento’.
A livello locale, il nuovo sindaco di Briançon ha dichiarato aperta ostilità a tutte le iniziative solidali, con l’intenzione di chiudere il rifugio nelle prossime settimane. A ciò va aggiunto l’arrivo di nuovi plotoni di gendarmerie (60 unità circa), impiegati al confine tra Monginevro e Claviere per aumentare in modo capillare il livello di sorveglianza e respingimenti, supportati da una rinnovata collaborazione con la polizia italiana.
Da questo lato della frontiera, a Oulx, la Casa Cantoniera Occupata, continua da ormai due anni a fornire uno spazio libero e autodeterminato per tutte le persone che vogliono prendere in mano il proprio destino e vivere collettivamente la lotta alla frontiera. I principi di autogestione, antiautoritarismo e solidarietà diretta guidano questo progetto come un faro nella distopica oscurità contemporanea che viviamo.
Alla luce di ciò, dalla val di Susa, dal Rifugio solidale autogestito chezJesOulx, lanciamo un nuovo appello determinati a giurar giustizia per tutti gli esseri umani colpiti e invisibilizzati dalle frontiere e invitiamo tutte e tutti le/i Solidali a partecipare a una passeggiata resistente, domenica 20 settembre alle 11 a Claviere, partendo simbolicamente dalla chiesa, per ribadire la nostra posizione contro le frontiere e i muri artificiali degli stati nel nome della libertà di tuttx!!!

MARCHE DE RESISTANCE – 20 SEPTEMBRE 2020, H11 CLAVIERE
Ces derniers mois, les combats dans la Vallée de Susa s'intensifient. En même temps que la résistance No Tav dans les montagnes, l'opposition de milliers de personnes qui rejettent les frontières arbitrairement délimitées par les Etats, et qui tentent d’autodéterminer leur vie future se poursuit.
L’ impitoyable système capitaliste continue de diviser les gens entre les productifs et les exclus de la société, créant une hiérarchie mondiale dans laquelle les biens et les intérêts économiques jouissent d'une liberté illimitée, tandis que les "damnés de la terre" sont confrontés aux barrières politiques, économiques, physiques et mentales créées par le système des frontières. Ces dernières années, nous avons assisté à un processus croissant de militarisation des territoires européens le long des principales routes de passage : du maroc-ceuta à l'espagne, de la route de la méditerranée centrale de la libye à l'italie, et de la turquie à travers les balkans. Cette militarisation s'est faite parallèlement aux différents accords politiques et policiers entre les états européens et les états avoisinants (maroc, libye, turquie en premier lieu) visant à externaliser les frontières et à renforcer les contrôles, le refoulement et la chasse aux indésirables - appelés "migrant", "réfugié" - définis comme tels parce qu'ils ne sont pas en possession du "bon document".
Au niveau local, le nouveau maire de Briançon a déclaré une hostilité ouverte à toutes les initiatives de solidarité de la ville, avec l'intention de fermer le refuge dans les prochaines semaines. A cela s'ajoute l'arrivée de nouveaux pelotons de gendarmerie (environ 60 unités), employés à la frontière entre Montgenèvre et Claviere pour augmenter le niveau de surveillance et de refoulement, soutenus par une collaboration renouvelée avec la police italienne.
De ce côté de la frontière, à Oulx, la Casa Cantoniera Occupata, offre un espace libre et autogéré à tous ceux qui veulent prendre leur destin en main et vivre collectivement la lutte à la frontière. Les principes d'autogestion, d'anti-autoritarisme et de solidarité directe guident ce projet comme un phare dans l'obscurité dystopique contemporaine dans laquelle nous vivons.
Dans ce contexte, depuis la Vallée de Susa, depuis le Refuge Solidaire autogéré chezJesOulx, nous lançons un nouvel appel déterminé à exiger justice pour tous les êtres humains affectés et invisibilisés par les frontières et nous invitons toutes et tous les solidaires à participer à une marche de résistance, dimanche 20 septembre à 11h à Claviere, en partant symboliquement de l'église, pour réaffirmer notre position contre les frontières et les murs artificiels des états au nom de la liberté pour toutes.s !

In the last months the struggle in the Susa Valley is intesifying. Simultaniously to the struggle of NO TAV in the mountains, the opposition against the borders by thousands of people is still alive and being carried on by those who refuse to accept the restricting boundaries set by the state and who are searching to self-determine their future.
The ruthless capitalist system continues to divide people by those who are usefull and productive and those who are deemed to be the scraps of society, thus creating a global hierarchy in which commodities and economic interests enjoy unlimited liberty while the “dammed of the earth” find themselves confronted by political, economical, physical and mental barriers that have been created by the system of borders. In the last years we have witnessed a growing process of militarization of the european* territory along the main migratatory routes: from morocco-ceuta to spain, on the central mediterranean route from libya to italy and from turkey through the balkans. This militarization is pushed forward by political agreements between european and neighbouring states and their affiliated police apparati (mainly morocco, libya and turkey). The aim is to further externalize the borders and enhance controls, push-backs and the hunt for the unwelcome –named “migrant” or “refugee” – defined as such because they are not in possession of the “right document”.
On a local level, the new mayor of Briançon is openly expressing his hostility against all solidarity initiatives, with the intention to close them in the upcoming weeks. Added to this is the arrival of a new group of the gendarmerie (consisting of about 60 cops) that are employed at the border between Mongenevre and Claviere in order to increase the levels of surveillance and push-backs. This move is supported by a renewed collaboration with the italian police.
On this side of the border, in Oulx, since already two years the “Casa Cantoniera Occupata” has created and is continuing to create a space of freedom and self-determination for all those who want to take their destiny in their own hands and who want to collectively live the struggle against the borders. Our project is guided by the principles of self-organization, anti-authoritarianism and direct solidarity aiming to be a lighthouse in this dystopian modern darkness that we live in.
In light of this, from the Susa Valley, from the self-organized solidarity refuge chezJesoulx, we are making a new call determined to demand justice for all humans affected and made invisible by the border and invite everyone in solidarity to participate in a march of resistance on Sunday 20th september at 11 o’clock in Claviere, symbolically starting from the church, in order to repeat our position against the borders and these artificial walls created by the state, in the name of freedom for all!!!
